1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required booking details and applicable advance payment.
  • Taj Taxi Agra reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings due to operational limitations, unavailable vehicles, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

Taxi & Cab Booking Cancellation

  • Cancellations made well before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the booking type.
  • Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.
  • No refund may be provided once the trip has started.

Tempo Traveller Booking Cancellation

  • Tempo Traveller and group vehicle bookings usually require advance blocking of vehicles.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on travel date, season, and vehicle arrangement costs.

Tour Package Cancellation

  • Tour package cancellations may include deductions for:
    • Hotel booking charges
    • Driver charges
    • Permit fees
    • Vendor cancellation charges
    • Transportation reservation costs

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and third-party vendor policies.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on:
    • Payment method
    • Banking process
    • UPI or card provider processing time

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Customer no-show at pickup location
  • Incorrect booking details provided by customer
  • Trip cancellation after journey start
  • Refusal to travel after vehicle dispatch
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions
  • Hotel, sightseeing ticket, or third-party vendor non-refundable charges

5. Advance Payment Policy

  • Certain bookings may require advance payment for vehicle confirmation.
  • Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable in peak travel seasons or for customized tour packages.
  • Customers are advised to confirm refund eligibility before making payments

6. Vehicle Breakdown or Service Issue

In rare situations involving vehicle breakdown or operational issues:

  • Taj Taxi Agra will try to arrange an alternative vehicle whenever possible.
  • If replacement service cannot be provided, eligible refunds may be processed proportionately.

7. Third-Party Services

Refunds related to hotels, guides, sightseeing tickets, or other third-party travel services depend on the respective vendor’s cancellation and refund policies.

Taj Taxi Agra shall not be held responsible for delays in third-party refund processing.

Refunds are generally processed through the original payment method used during booking, including:

Cash refunds may not always be available.
